Galaxies come in different kinds of mixtures of sizes, shapes and masses. Some galaxies in space naturally blend into together as a swirl. Other galaxies, however, pour out a great mass of light and heat. All galaxies is a family of stars. Most galaxies involves gas and dust. The smallest galaxies holds a few millions of stars and thousands of light years across space. The enormous galaxies, on the other hand, holds millions and millions of stars and hundreds and thousands of light years away.
Classifying each Galaxies into the gallery is pretty easy. First you need a simple code. The code is use to describe all the basic shape of each galaxies. "E" and "S" are two easy code. E is stand for elliptical galaxy and S is stand for spiral. An elliptical is also given a number according to how flattened it looks. Like as it show here in the image. The same with the spiral galaxies but with other number like Sa, Sb and Sc. "Sa" stand for more close arms of the spiral to "Sc" meaning more open arms of the spiral.

Colliding Galaxies
This beautiful galaxies is called the antennae galaxies. Antennae is two galaxies which is plowing into each other taking it's beautiful shape. Some think it look a bit like the antennae of an insect but other thinks it look more like a heart.

When the galaxies collide
galaxies collide when there are standard of stars might form when two galaxies had collide. Galaxies are easily wrapped around and twisted by the pull of each other's gravity because galaxies are more gas shaped than solid. |
The cartwheel Galaxy
The smaller galaxies try to join together through the ring-shaped galaxy, causing it to crash into each other. The shock of the collided galaxies, set off as a burst of star formation all around the small galaxy. |
